30-minute walkthrough. With your numbers.

Book a demo and we come to the call having already pulled your dealership's public footprint. You see WakeWorks running against data that looks like yours, not a generic sandbox.

What to expect

Day 0: We confirm the call, send a calendar invite, and ask for three questions you want answered.

Day 1: 30-minute call on Google Meet. Screen share, no deck.

Day 2: Follow-up email with recording, pricing, and migration scope.

What dealers ask before booking

Do I need to be on a specific DMS to switch to WakeWorks?

No. We have moved dealers off every major marine management system and off home-built spreadsheet setups. Tell us your current system in the form above and we will scope the migration before the call so you know exactly what moves and what does not.

How does WakeWorks handle multi-store groups?

Each store gets its own inventory, service queue, and parts bin. GMs see their store. Owners and dealer principals see every location in one dashboard. Shared parts ordering, cross-store transfers, and consolidated reporting are all built in, not add-ons.

What does "AI-native" actually mean in a demo context?

During the demo we will open a repair order and you will watch the system suggest operations, parts, and technician assignments based on the unit history without you typing a single prompt. We will draft a customer email from the service notes and show you how lead scoring updates in real time as your team works deals. AI is not a chat window bolted on. It is inside every workflow.

Is there a long-term contract?

We offer monthly and annual plans. Annual pricing is lower. We do not lock you in for three years and charge an exit fee. Your data is yours and you can export everything in standard formats at any time.
