Effective: June 17, 2026. WakeWorks, LLC ("WakeWorks," "we") builds software for marine dealerships. This page explains what we collect from visitors to this website, people who contact us, and people who receive text messages from us — and how we use it. It does not cover data a dealership manages inside the WakeWorks platform; that is governed by our customer agreement.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, to book a demo or contact us), we collect what you provide — typically your name, work email, phone number, dealership name, and anything you write in the message field.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and follow up on a demo, and tell you about our product. If you become a customer, we use your contact details to send account and service notifications.
Text messages
If you receive texts from WakeWorks or through a dealership that uses WakeWorks, they are transactional only — account, service, and appointment notifications. Typical volume is 1–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and opting in to text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site and our messaging — hosting, email, and text delivery — each bound by its own security and privacy obligations and using the data only to perform that function, never for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
Opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message, or ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
