Integrations

WakeWorks integrations for boat dealerships

WakeWorks connects to the listing sites, social channels, texting, email, payment and accounting tools a boat dealer already uses. Each dealership connects its own accounts, and the data lands on the customer, unit and deal records in WakeWorks. Every integration on this page is live today.

Updated

Listing sites and lead sources

Leads from the places boat buyers shop land in the WakeWorks CRM and go to the next rep in your rotation.

  • Boat Trader. Buyer inquiries from Boat Trader and its sister listing sites arrive as leads, routed round-robin.
  • Facebook lead ads. Lead ad form submissions on your connected Page become WakeWorks leads automatically.
  • Your website. Form leads from a WakeWorks-built site land in the CRM. Any other site can add the WakeWorks tracking tag.
  • Email leads. Forward your sales inbox to your WakeWorks address. Every inquiry becomes a lead, with an optional auto-response.
  • BoaterCoupons. Coupon claims from boatercoupons.com become leads, and redeemed coupons report back.

Facebook and Instagram

WakeWorks connects your Facebook Page and ad account during setup. It checks the connection every day and tells you if access expires, an ad balance is unpaid or an ad account is disabled.

  • Messages and comments. Facebook and Instagram messages and comments land in the WakeWorks inbox. Reply from WakeWorks.
  • Page posts. Write, schedule, edit and delete Facebook posts. Likes, comments, shares and reach come back hourly.
  • Boosts. Boost a post, add budget or pause it, and see spend against budget.
  • Catalog. In-stock units sync to your Meta catalog several times a day, or push one unit by hand.
  • Audiences. Send a customer list to your ad account for targeting. Anyone who opted out is left off.
  • Conversions. Closed deals are reported to Meta from the server so your ads optimize for real sales.
  • Marketplace kit. AI writes a Marketplace listing and texts it to your rep to post from their own phone.

Texting with Twilio

WakeWorks texts customers through your dealership's own Twilio account. You pick the numbers, each rep can have their own, and the sender reputation stays with your business. Replies land on the customer record, delivery status shows on every message, and opt-outs are honored automatically.

  • Two-way texts. Send and receive from your own numbers. Replies land on the customer record.
  • Numbers. Search and add numbers by area code from WakeWorks settings. Give each rep their own.
  • Delivery status. Every message shows sent, delivered, undelivered or failed.
  • Opt-outs. STOP and the other standard opt-out words block future texts store-wide. START opts back in.
  • Registration status. Your business texting registration status shows live in settings.

Email and calendar

WakeWorks sends campaign and customer email from your own domain, with the DNS records checked in the app. Staff can connect their Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox to send as themselves, and Google Calendar and Outlook events show in WakeWorks.

  • Your sending domain. Add your domain, copy the DNS records WakeWorks gives you, and verify them in the app.
  • Campaign Senders. Named From identities for your staff, each with a daily cap that ramps up over the first month.
  • Microsoft 365 and Outlook mailboxes. Staff connect their mailbox to send as themselves, and customer replies come back into WakeWorks. Gmail and Google Workspace connect by forwarding.
  • Bounces and complaints. Hard bounces and spam complaints go on your suppression list automatically.
  • Google Calendar and Outlook. See your Google Calendar and Outlook events in WakeWorks, and subscribe to a WakeWorks calendar feed filtered by role.

Payments

WakeWorks works with three card processors: Stripe, CardPointe and Fiserv Commerce Hub. Pay links work with all three, in-store card readers with CardPointe, and phone orders with CardPointe or Fiserv. Payment status updates itself when the processor confirms the charge, refund or dispute.

  • Stripe. Connect a new or existing Stripe account. Checkout links for deposits, estimates and invoices. Refunds and disputes update the record.
  • CardPointe. In-store card readers, phone orders, pay links and cards on file, which stay current if you enroll in Card Account Updater. Returned ACH payments and nightly deposits are handled automatically.
  • Fiserv Commerce Hub. Card payments, pay links, phone orders and refunds. Your credentials are checked with Fiserv before they are saved.

Accounting

WakeWorks has its own optional accounting module for dealers who want their books in the DMS. Dealers who keep their books in QuickBooks Desktop export a journal file for any date range, checked for balance first. Any other system can take a CSV export of invoices and payments.

  • QuickBooks Desktop. Export your journal as an IIF or CSV file for a date range, checked for balance first. Available to every store, with or without the accounting module.
  • Any accounting system. Export sales, service and parts invoices and payments as a CSV file.

Analytics, AI and data

WakeWorks also connects to Google Analytics 4 to pull your website traffic totals, to your own AI provider account for document scanning if you prefer, and to spreadsheets for bringing your data in from another system.

  • Google Analytics 4. Connect your GA4 property and WakeWorks pulls channel and campaign traffic totals every night.
  • Your own AI provider. Use your own OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter key for document scanning, billed to your account.
  • Spreadsheet imports. Bring in customers, units, parts, deals and repair orders from CSV or Excel, with AI column mapping and a dry run.

Frequently asked questions

What do integrations cost?

We quote your plan and any add-on modules on the demo call. Provider fees are separate and billed to your own account, such as Twilio for texts or your processor for card payments.

Do I have to switch payment processors?

Not if you already use Stripe, CardPointe or Fiserv Commerce Hub. WakeWorks works with all three, so you can keep your current merchant account and connect it in settings.

Can I keep my current website?

Yes. Any website can add the WakeWorks tracking tag, and email leads from any site can be forwarded into WakeWorks. Inventory publishing and in-app content editing need a website built on WakeWorks.

What happens if a connection breaks?

WakeWorks checks connections like Meta every day and alerts your team when access expires, an ad balance is unpaid or an account is disabled, so leads do not stop without anyone noticing.

Does WakeWorks connect to QuickBooks?

WakeWorks exports your journal to QuickBooks Desktop as an IIF or CSV file. WakeWorks also has its own optional accounting module, so some dealers keep their books in WakeWorks instead.
