About WakeWorks, independent software for boat dealers
WakeWorks, LLC is an independent software company in St. Petersburg, Florida. We build one system that runs a boat dealership: sales, service, parts, CRM, texting, marketing and payments, with a mobile app for the people who are not at a desk.
Who we are
Ronen Sartena founded WakeWorks and leads the company as CEO. The product is built around how a boat dealership actually runs: a sale moves from lead to signed buyer's order to delivery, a boat comes back for service, and parts have to be on the shelf when the technician needs them. WakeWorks keeps all of that in one place, so the sales desk, the service lane and the parts counter work from the same records.

Independent, and brand neutral
WakeWorks is not part of any boat or engine manufacturer, and no manufacturer owns, endorses or sponsors it. It works the same for a dealer of any brand, or of many brands. Dealers bring their own inventory, their own price lists and their own vendors.
WakeWorks is also unrelated to other businesses with similar names, such as boat service shops, marine parts stores and makers of surf tabs.
How we work with dealers
We ship improvements to WakeWorks continuously, and many of them start as a request from a dealer. When a store moves to WakeWorks, we move its data, usually within 5 business days, and train its team in virtual sessions over two weeks. Most single stores are live in 4 to 6 weeks.
